We offer a comprehensive range of in-house services including:
- Cutting in various lengths – tubes, bars, profiles, etc.
- Laser cutting for sheet metal plates in steel and aluminium
- Edge bending
- Tube bending for both 2D and 3D shapes
- Drilling, available in manual and CNC options
- Turning, handled by CNC and manual lathes
- Milling, utilizing both CNC and manual milling machines
- MAG welding performed by both robots and manual operators
- TIG welding conducted manually
- Grinding services
- Surface treatments such as shot blasting, glass blasting, and rumbling
- Powder coating
- Additional treatments like KTL, zinc plating, and chrome plating, in collaboration with external suppliers.
All our processes ae supervised by qualified personnel. Each process undergoes 100% visual inspection, interval measurements according to control plans and random destructive tests. The quality department use 2D and 3D measuring equipment
We support ourselves with outsourced research at the welding institute and at a nearby technical university.
